The primary goal of Hireskill is to streamline the talent acquisition process for Thinkwik Technologies. By providing a platform where students can take online tests to apply for jobs, the company aims to identify and hire top talent more efficiently and effectively.
Thinkwik Technologies aims to identify and hire top talent swiftly. Hireskill is designed to automate various stages of the hiring process, allowing the company to save time and resources. Hireskill features both student and admin interfaces, making the application and evaluation processes intuitive and user-friendly for all parties involved.
Challenges
Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for both students and admin personnel with varying needs and technical proficiency.
Integrating a wide range of features and processes, such as job applications, skill assessments, candidate evaluation, and feedback management, into a coherent and efficient workflow.
Continuously gathering user feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the user experience. Creating a responsive design that delivers a consistent experience on various devices, including mobile phones, tablets, and desktops.

Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, surveys, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing features and information according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on user feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.

After conducting a heuristics evaluation, I sent out an online survey to the students asking if they have ever visited this website and what they feel about the website. From those students, 5 participants were selected for usability testing. The user stories were formed on the bases of the testing insights and results.

So that, I can showcase my qualifications and skills effectively during job applications.

I want to be informed about the status of my job applications in real-time,
