Users feel more in control when information is structured clearlysimple UI choices can drastically improve trust and usability.

Designing for clarity builds confidence

Frequent usability testing helped catch small issues before they became major blockers, improving both speed and efficiency.

Test early, test often

Observing how users interact with the product revealed hidden patterns and real needs that surveys alone couldn’t capture.

User behavior is insight gold

Currently, this case study is under construction for tablet and mobile views and is only available on desktop view.
